Manpower is NOW HIRING an HR Generalist for an industrial producer of protein products located in Turtle Lake, WI.

What is the Job? (Some of the essential functions may include but are not limited to)

-Primary contact for all HR/People Operations inquiries and communications

-Administer and lead employee recognition and engagement programs

-Maintain employee files

-Support organization’s recruiting efforts through management of job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and overall administration of candidate and new hire experience

-Coordinate and obtain all employee data; status changes, benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, termination details, and etc.

-Partner with leaders on timekeeping for payroll, policy adherence, safety training, compliance, corrective action and documentation, conduct regular training and support on various related work topics

-Maintain HR calendars to include scheduled meetings, reserving meeting space, order lunches, and prepare presentations

-Other HR Duties

What You Bring to the Job?

-Flexible Work Schedule (must accommodate day, night, and weekend shifts as needed)

-Experience with benefits is preferred

-SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred

-Proficient to Master computer skills required

-Great communicative and organization skills required

-Travel may be required

-High School Diploma or GED required

-2-4 years of Human Resources experience required

-Previous work experience in industrial environment preferred

-Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or other related field preferred

-Experience with payroll functions and Paylocity preferred
