Job Description

Hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for a leading international manufacturing company to assist with customer orders, sales, issues, and information. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders into SAP, providing follow up communication and maintaining accurate records to ensure business objectives are met. You'll be interacting with customers to provide service and information in response to inquiries about products and services, and handle and resolve issues and complaints.



Accuracy and attention to detail is key. Prefer B2B experience, and construction industry related experience is helpful. Must pass minimum keyboarding/alpha-numeric test with accuracy and MS Office test. Minimum 1 year experience as CSR.

* Confirms and oversees product availability in order to fulfill customer orders.

* Manages backlog of assigned open sales orders, ensuring that orders flow through the order fulfillment cycle efficiently



Requirements

* Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP and CRM

* Strong customer service skills including interpersonal, written and oral communication skills via phone and electronic communication.

* Ability to multi-task

* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

* Ability to obtain and maintain product knowledge

* Attentive to details

* Ability to provide the highest standards level of customer service and product quality.

* High School Diploma or equivalent
