Job Description

Manpower is working with a client that has 3 openings for document prep positions. This assignment is a 5 year contract, so if you are looking for steady work , you're looking in the right place!



What's in it for you?



*Fulltime hours

*Day shift: 7:30a-4pm Monday thru Friday

*Steady hours and weekly paychecks

*$9.00 an hour



What is the job?



* Receive inventory and process customer's documents to be scanned.

* Responsible for keeping customer records secure at all times in compliance with local, state, federal laws and HIPAA rules.

* Reviews projects upon initial assignment and seeks out clarification from management regarding any questions on the process by which the records are to be handled.

* Keep management advised of the status of the project.

* Submits reports to management sufficient to allow and support a detailed billing for each project.

* Track employee time invested in each project.

* Must be capable of performing department's processes including:

a) Receipt and inventory of customer files

b) Prepare documents for scanning (taping, removing staples, etc).

c) Inspect and verify scanned documents for accuracy of image and data entry.

f) Prepared documents and digital images for return to customer.

g) Supervise document destruction by subcontractors while outside the building.

* Performs other duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.



What you need to bring to the job?



Must have a High school diploma or GED.



Ability to pass a criminal background, an adult and child abuse background and drug screen.



EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with computer operations



SKILLS: Basic Microsoft Windows computer operation skills required. Communication skills with peers and management to work with others on project. Participate as a team member. Ensure acceptable production levels are produced to meet goals. Time management skills; flexibility to learn new versions of software as required.
