Job Description

Sanitation Worker

A growing manufacturer in Augusta is now looking to add an experienced Sanitation Worker to its team! Enjoy an excellent weekday schedule while getting your foot in the door at a successful company that is known for its high-quality products and excellent customer service.

What's in it for you?

Full time job planned to run for 2-3 months, with potential to become temp-to-hire for the right candidate

Excellent Monday-Friday schedule working 6am-2:30pm

$13/hour, paid weekly

What will you be doing?

Clean and sanitizing food processing equipment and work areas according to USDA standards

Maintaining an efficient flow of product through the production process

Performing safety checks on equipment, and preparing machinery for cleaning by disassembling and reassembling as needed

Disposing of food products leftover from the manufacturing process

Assisting with packing as needed

Completing required paperwork at the end of the shift

What will you bring to the job?

Prior sanitation experience in a production or warehouse environment

Ability to work in a physical job that requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and bending

OSHA forklift operator certification preferred
