Job Description

Do you enjoy working providing excellent customer service? Are you looking to work with a reputable company with extensive growth opportunities? Manpower has immediate openings for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in the East End of Ottawa



This position, although listed as temporary is actually permanent! The first few months would be spent on Manpower's payroll; however, the end game is to have you work directly for Scotiabank. Both Manpower and Scotiabank will treat this employment as permanent.

What is the job?

* Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement

* Willing to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner

* Rotational shift- Monday-Sunday for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week somewhere between 8am- 12am.

* Excellent communication in English or French is essential as 70% of the calls are French

* Availability to work a flexible schedule



What you bring to the job?

* Previous experience in data entry experience

* Great attitude and ability to work in a team

* High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
