Job Description

We are looking for a Program Coordinator that provides support and bridges the gap between Customers and the Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner.



The Program Coordinator is responsible for the management of projects to remain on time and within budget and to address problems as they arise.



What is the job??



*Review and accurately define customer requirements

*Communicate regularly with customers to ensure effective support of customer needs

*Ensure all customer documentation is compiled and made available

*Determine cause and rectification plans with input from internal team members

*Document, track, and report on project status; Provide detailed records of programs, schedules, and results upon request

*Complete other activities as assigned by the Sales team

*Enter orders in a timely fashion

*Provide information on pricing, production and delivery schedules, answering customer inquiries and requests, and revising existing orders in a professional and timely manner

*Respond to customer complaints using problem solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues

*Maintain frequent dialogue with customers

*Communicate capabilities to customers and identify opportunities for cost/time savings

*Be aware of competitive activity

*Provide sales and customer service support to Account Executives in the field

*Participate and/or lead in Sales Order Review meetings and be able to provide information to internal departments on customer requirements

*Participate in Production meetings and be able to provide information to internal departments on customer requirements

*Relay all issues to cross functional teams and solve or escalate issues affecting orders when these remain unresolved

*Correlate sales and budget information into weekly and monthly reports for Senior Management

*Cross train and provide backup program coordinator support for other FELLFAB plants as required (travel to other facilities)

*Provide sales and customer service support to account executives as required



What you will have to be successful in this role :



*Post-secondary education and/or College Diploma in a business related field

*Strong working knowledge of EXCEL is a MUST

*Excellent Organizational, multi-tasking skills

*Strong decision making and problem solving skills

*Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time

*Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings

*Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

*Ability to interface with multiple functional departments

*Ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing

*Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation

*Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team

*Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

*Ability to take initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary
