Job Description

We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator for one of our clients in the bank industry in Downtown Toronto!!!!



The Transactional Services Coordinator will be accountable for working with the Transactional Lead and other members of the HR team to execute transactions in Workday, such as mass data changes using pre-defined templates, position and organization structure changes, conducting pre-boarding transactions and processing termination transactions for new retirees.



RESPONSABILITIES:



HR Transactional Input

* Complete Workday data entry activities accurately and efficiently

* Process and complete specific Workday transactions accurately and ensure quality assurance of employee records

* Initiate, test and execute transactions for employee data administration

* Initiate, test and execute transactions for organizational structure changes (e.g., creating or modifying supervisory organizations)

* Initiate, test and execute transactions for position management (e.g., creating and modifying new positions, initiating job changes)

* Initiate, test and execute other HR transactions in Workday to support HR processes (talent management, onboarding, etc.)

* Professionally liaise with and support the HR Business Process Outsourcing Transactional team where required for mass data changes, payroll, time tracking, etc.

* Maintain and manage data integrity and definitions, supporting the HR Service Delivery team with data audits

* Provide recommendations for process changes to improve efficiency

* Escalate transactions or issues appropriately to the Transactional Lead and provide clear instructions and recommendations for issue resolution

* Collaborate with other HR functions to update Workday business processes and support materials as required



Governance and Controls

* Perform internal controls, using checklists, to ensure that the transactions are processed accurately and comply with CIBC's policies and departmental procedures

* Review and analyze issues to identify trends and present them to management and follow up with clients as required

* Understand HR policies and practices to ensure accurate and compliant processing of transactions.

* Operate according to all CIBC Privacy Act Guidelines by maintaining security and confidentiality of data and employee information

* Maintain effective working relationships with business partners while adhering to deadlines and compliance with CIBC's processes

During this transformation the Transaction Services Coordinator will be accountable for working with the Transactional Lead and other members of the HR team to execute transactions in Workday, such as mass data changes using pre-defined templates, position and organization structure changes, conducting pre-boarding transactions for new hires, and processing termination transactions for new retirees. This role will require problem solving, interacting with the HRCC Escalations team, Alight (HR Business Process Outsourcing), the HR Service Delivery team, HR Centres of Expertise and HR Business Partners.
