Job Description

Job Title:Customer Service/Call Center Representative I

Duration: 6 Months ( temp to perm )

Pay Rate is $11-$12

Summary: Provide first level support to customers and employees via inbound phone calls and email. Support will include answering general inquiries, logging customer complaints, and providing procedural guidance based on established protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming phone calls and/or initiate outbound calls in a call center environment

* Log details and document each call into our CRM tool

* Respond to and manage email traffic using web based email application

* Provide an enhanced customer experience with each and every interaction

* Special assignments, projects and reports as assigned by supervisor.

Required Education & Experience:

* High School or GED

* 1-2 years' experience supporting customers preferred, with phone experienced highly preferred

* Experience in call center environment preferred

* Familiarity with ticket logging systems preferred

* Proven customer centricity including the ability to effectively serve different types of customers is required

* General PC knowledge and basic keyboarding skills required.

* Aptitude with Microsoft Office products a plus
