What is the job?

*Providing customer service to organization employees

*Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system

*Answering payroll questions

*Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors

*Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment

*Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators

*Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data

What you bring to the job?

* Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy

* Work with high level of confidentiality

* Microsoft office experience (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)

* Data Entry into HRIS system

Preferably a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, 0-3 years experience, or equivalent.
