Manpower Business Development Manager Description



The Business Development Manager is responsible for designing profitable solutions and delivery models for our clients, working directly with client and sales leadership team and recruiting team to assess and align business and resource requirements, sells a comprehensive suite of platform solutions., and partners with clients to support the talent strategy focusing on clerical, professional and light industrial verticals.



An ideal candidate possesses an action-oriented mindset, is self-motivated, competitive, organized, is an influencer, and can think on their feet.



Sales Results and Strategy:

- Create plans to sell that capitalize on market/industry opportunity.

- Consistently hunt new business opportunities in your territory through prospecting and lead generation, which may include: door-to-door cold calling, phone and email campaigns, territory management, market and internet research, thought leadership, networking, etc.

- Lead discovery sessions and lend expertise on service capabilities and offerings to potential clients.

- Collaborate and engage with appropriate leadership to facilitate solution development and ensure delivery confidence.

- Proactively identify barriers to successful delivery and generate alternatives prior to sale.

- Provide consulting before, during and after handoff and remain an advisor through go live.



Client & Candidate:

- Consult with clients from functional managers through senior leadership on design and delivery of talent solutions, with focus on ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Offer customized workforce solutions to client by collaborating with teams/brands to leverage full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.



Qualifications:

- Required: 2+ years selling in a professional services industry, prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating pricing, generating new and repeat business, and focusing on profitability.
