Job Description

Manpower Group Canada is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor/ Team Lead for our client based in Brampton, ON. Our client is a major international manufacturer of consumer food products.



Position Type: Contract to Permanent



Compensation: TBD / Negotiated



Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours



The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for:



- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the CSR team to achieve a superior level of customer satisfaction

- Ensure customer service standards and procedures are followed; ensure continuous process improvement.

- Ensure the expectations of internal and external customers are met and always act with the customer's best interest in mind.

- Work directly with customers to research and resolve complex customer inquiries; identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

- Act as the escalation point for customer care, internally and externally.

- Support and occasionally fill in for CSR's.

- Coordinate and process internal and external customer orders for goods.

- Analyze, develop and monitor metrics and key performance indicators; provide appropriate reporting to senior management.

- Proactively work with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Communications to improve business practices.



The right candidate should have:



- Previous Customer Service experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods / Supply Chain.

- Previous Supervisory experience

- Understanding of on-time delivery needs and expectations

- Post-secondary education in related field or experience equivalent

- Is a great problem solver and has the ability to find creative solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
