The Senior Project Manager collaborates with business partners across CPS to build relationships necessary to drive excellence and value delivery in execution. Understands, practices, and incorporates organizational change leadership into project management methodologies. Accountability ' Accountable for the leadership, planning, and execution of large and complex projects and programs with success identified as on time, on budget and defined value delivered. Accountable for the financial management of assigned projects, including but not limited to forecasting, accrual, reporting, and variance analysis. Provides overall Project governance and oversight to ensure compliance to standards and to drive excellent execution. Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/metrics, standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Project Management Service Catalog and reporting mechanisms. Coaches/mentors Project Managers to achieve and improve results. Actively seek ways to apply advanced techniques and technology to processes providing information on technical trends, reporting and automation.

Required Function 2:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or similar level of analytical capability gained through demonstrated success in a related position. Experience managing highly complex projects and programs across multiple industries. Significant successful leadership experience, including leading projects, programs, people, and possibly departments. A demonstrated ability to work effectively with business executives, leaders, with all levels of professionals, and with project managers and teams. Proven exceptional ability to prepare executive-level material and present at the executive level. Extensive experience partnering with Executives to define and deliver value to the organization. Extensive experience driving workshops, focus groups, and work sessions.

Required Function 3: Qualifications: Advanced degree in an appropriate discipline. Professional Certification, such as PMI, BRMI. Portfolio Management Experience. Demonstrated organizational design, data analysis, business planning, negotiation, problem-solving, critical thinking skills. Strategic vendor management. Experience in Utility industry. Consulting experience or multidisciplinary experience.

Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. Includes Accountants in the areas of Cost, Government, Forensic, Payroll, Project, etc.

Responsible for the coordination and completion of engineering specific projects. Oversees all aspects of projects including the creation and maintenance of project plan - communicates tasks, milestone dates, status updates and resource allocation. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Prepares reports for diverse audiences regarding status of project. Project Manager, often utilized in many departments (e.g., ENG, IT, finance and operations) will also define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. May require expertise in the engineering field such as construction, civil, telecom or manufacturing and/or an engineering degree.
