    Training hours:
    2 Weeks of Training: 9am- 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

    Shift after training:
    10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

    Pay:
    $14.00 an hour

    Responsibilities:
    As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be the front-line hero to patients by scheduling present and past donors to make their next vital contribution to the community. Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for achieving goals for recruiting current, lapsed, and potential donors, and scheduling them to donate at an in-center location or area blood drive.

    Job Description:
    * Retains donors by booking quality donation appointments, assisting in resolving customer service issues, and acts as the liaison in cultivating a customer service friendly culture.
    * Revolutionizing the donor awe experience by using innovative messaging while ensuring the integrity of the donor's profile (e.g., demographics, deferral information, codes donor records appropriately, etc.).
    * Interact with the donor base by providing insight to pertinent information (e.g. the donation process, appointment specifics, blood needs/components, frequent donor programs, etc.) and answers schedulability questions via current SOPs and FDA guidelines.

    Qualifications:
    * Must have updated resume showing a minimum of 6 to 8 months of experience
    * Ability to work in a repetitive role that majority of time is spent on the phone.
    * High School Diploma or GED

    PRIMARY PURPOSE:
    The Sales Representative is an essential partner in selling and customer experience process for the client.
    The Sales Representative is responsible for handling the inbound sales volume for all tiers of customers, properly qualify and manage each call to close orders, up-sell and cross-sell products.
    A clear understanding of the client sales process, the ability to identify customer ranking and potential as well as the rules of engagement for handling the sale. The Sales Representative is also a key player in opportunity management with in Salesforce.com, as well as proper flow of each transaction/inquiry.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    * Demonstrate strong safety awareness and leadership to Identify potential customer growth opportunities for sales.
    * Expand awareness to educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
    * Handle daily calls/email with professional engaging conversations with assign schedule and upsell and cross-sell all product offerings available in the specific market
    * Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Act as liaison between customers, sales, field operations, and office personnel to resolve general inquiries & issues for all customers.
    * Heavy emphasis on inbound calls with target of "0" missed.
    * Be aware of competitor activities in the region and assess opportunities for business development.
    * Work to revenue targets and metrics as set by Supervisor.
    * Develop sales strategies to capitalize on inbound call wins and volume growth.
    * Keep up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.
    * Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all client products and services.
    * Navigate Salesforce effectively and efficiently and Produce quotes, orders and document sales activities through Salesforce.com
    SKILLS:
    * Strong PC proficiency MS Office/Time Management/Organization/Problem Solving
    * Customer Care and Sales Experience, including Customer Relationship development
    * Ability to solution sell through value alignment to differentiate USS offerings from the competition
    * Prospecting / Cold Calling / Referral generation/ Customer Service/Leading Sourcing
    * Teamwork/Strong Verbal-Written Skills
