    What's the role?
    Field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and perform timely follow-up and response on all service & equipment requests/inquiries.
    Promptly process all large and small equipment customer orders according to established company guidelines

    Co-ordinate large equipment installations in advance with field service technicians and sales reps

    What do you bring to the role?
    Secondary School Diploma
    Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma an asset
    1-2 years' experience in an inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service related role
    Superior customer service skills
    Knowledge of and/or experience with inventory control
    Technical proficiency; Microsoft Office, inventory or service software an asset
