    Position: Customer Care: Credit and Collections Assistant (Contract, Part-time)

    Location: Utilities Department, City of Tulsa

    Hours: 3 days a week, 8am to 5pm (flexibility with days/times required)

    Job Description: As a Credit Assistant, your main responsibilities will involve working in the credit section of the utilities department. You will be covering a leave of absence (LOA) and supporting the credit area with various tasks related to collections and customer service. Your duties will include:

    Collections research: Assisting in researching and gathering information related to collections processes.

    Work orders for residential accounts: Handling work orders and ensuring timely completion for residential accounts.
