    Principal Accountabilities:

    This role leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of Risk-Based Inspection Programs (RBI) for the two Houston plants. The incumbent will develop the inspection test plans for all equipment and coordinate the activities of the inspection team. It reports to the Mechanical Integrity Technical Lead.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:






    * Set annual inspection plans for the both plants in Houston with coordination of operations & maintenance at both sites

    The position is responsible for the support of production staff for technical issues (equipment, process engineering, MOC's), support of the maintenance team and development and execution all CAPEX in the area. This position will closely support production. They will need to identify and execute improvements related to reliability, efficiency and cost optimization. This position is responsible for creating the assets list, components and preventive plans in SAP. At times this position will act as a project manager and/or project responsible for a CAPEX project in their given area of the plant, working with internal and external engineering resources, often acting as the lead, supervising the construction of the assets, often acting as the construction manager. It is expected that this position have the ownership of all the maintenance activities in their area, taking care on the quality, reporting and improvements.

    Participate in maintenance meetings, provide technical support on specific topics, focused on reliability and plant availability improvements.
