Save jobs that you are interested in and create job alerts. Alerts will be delivered to your email inbox. Don’t miss an opportunity to find available jobs based on your search criteria!
Access Resources
Once you are placed on your first assignment, additional features will be unlocked in your account. You will be able to view assignment information, access pay information, and get answers to frequently asked questions.

Manpower cares about your data privacy. That’s why we have a multi-factor authentication sign-up process. Before you get started, please take a moment to review each section below.
Register for a Manpower Account
What you need to create an account:
- Email – An email that is accessible and was not already used to create another Manpower Account. The email you sign up with will be used as your username.
- Basic Information – You will also be asked to provide your first and last name, and phone number to get your account created.
Now that you are ready, go to "Sign In/Up" on the main menu and choose "SIGN UP NOW." Follow the prompts. After confirming that the email is not already in use, a verification will be sent to the email address you provided. Once the verification code has been confirmed, you will then be asked to create a password.

Build and Manage your Manpower Profile
While you aren't required to upload a resume or provide work history, education, or other personal information after you create your account, we highly recommend doing so. This makes the job application process smoother and gives our Recruiters more information to help you land the job you want.
The automated resume upload process will update your profile automatically. Otherwise, enter the following information directly into your profile:
- Personal Info
- Work Experience
- Skills
- Certifications
- Education
This information will be used when you apply for a job via our job board and will be stored in our system (per the Privacy Policy to which you consented when creating your account).
Take Advantage of Your Dashboard
After being placed on your first assignment with Manpower, you will also have access to an Associate Dashboard. Use this dashboard to view:
- Job applications and saved jobs
- Current and future assignments
- Pay method on file
- Information about working with Manpower
- Career resources
Update Your Account
Changes made to your profile or account settings will automatically flow into our database, ensuring we have the most current information on file for you.
- Profile. Simply upload your most recent resume or manually edit your information under “Profile”.
- Phone Number or Name. Update your personal information under “Account Settings”.
To update your email, contact your local Manpower Representative.
