    Duties include:

    • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed membership projections and growth
    • Identifying and analyzing plan risks associated with any policy, suggesting solutions to minimize risks
    • Selling health plans in a defined territory, meeting monthly new business and retention quota objectives

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing
    • 5+ years of experience in healthcare and group insurance sales with demonstrated success
