    What you ll be doing:

    * Increasing revenues of current customers while developing new ones.

    * Cultivating relationships with retailers to grow the clients revenue in the channel.

    Who we're looking for:

    * At least 2-3 years of experience executing on the full sales cycle for a B2B, B2C e-commerce or home improvement company and having strong connections in the retail/wholesale space. (Experience ideally obtained in a big box or similar multi-site retail chain environment).
    * Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
    * Proficiency in computer technologies and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    * Possess a driver's license and willing to travel for client visits/pitches.
    * Knowledgeable about the home improvement industry (including about our competitors) and can learn fast on the job.
    * Ability to help negotiate win-win deals.
    * Ability to drive interest and meetings with prospective clients over the phone.
    * Strong track record of demonstrating individual value through relationship building and management at all levels of an organization, brand side preferred.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.

    The responsibility of this position is to work directly with SMS Sales managers, Direct Sales people and Dealer sales personnel to create Sales Force Opportunities and create quotes using CPQ. The administrator will follow a process to ask questions of the sales person to create the opportunity from an existing account in Sales Force. Then following a script, will configure system per the sales person s requirements by asking questions. After the configuration is complete, CPQ will create a Quote and worksheet that will be e-mailed to the sales person for review. The respective SMS Sales manager will be CC on these communications.

    Communication with sales people will be by Phone, GOTO web meeting or by e-mail.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPOSNIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the National Sales Manager.

    1. Good telephone skills (ability to communicate clearly and promptly on the telephone) is essential. In addition to telephone conversations with sales people, GOTO web meetings will be used to configure a system.

    2. Must understand the sales and order process to allow understanding of the information and data associated with sales.

    3. Must provide sales data / information administrative support to the SMS Sales Department, Sales Administrator and Enterprise Business Group.

    4. Maintain excellent computer skills (Microsoft WORD, Outlook, EXCEL) and the ability to navigate the internet. Familiarity with CRM tool Salesforce.com and quoting S/W is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

    5. Remain up to date on the Salesforce CMR Tool and CPQ Tool.
