About the Role
We are currently looking for a Manager-Technical Management responsible for the managing overall machine and facilities maintenance related activities including Planned machine maintenance and breakdowns. Defining and controlling the assigned budget.

* Managing the current machine and facility maintenance issues and responsible for the new projects including the green field and brown field projects and new machines
* Ensuring the correct resources to meet the desired requirements
* Responsible for having sustainability in the machines
* Ensure all resources are plan to meet project deadlines and preparing action plans in case of any deviations
* Monitor the overall project plan and track progress
* Manage various changes in the project or maintenance scope, schedule and cost depending upon the approved changing scenarios
* Use of various techniques to monitor the project and maintenance activities
* Ensuring all the maintenance and project related documents are as per defined standards
* Leading the Technical management department
* Define departmental KPI's along with CEO and controlling it
* Plan, supervise and manage all maintenance and new projects
* Co-ordinate global centralized team, internal, and external team members, processes and communicate with PMC and other vendors for smooth planning and execution
* Communicates cross-plant within the Hirschvogel group and with vendors / contractors inside and outside of the U.S.
* Hiring and firing of the team members based on the approved headcounts and based on the performance
Location & Commitments
* Monday - Friday, Onsite Columbus OH
* Permanent, Full Time, First Shift 7;00 am- 3:15 pm (40 hour)
* Overtime, Alternate shifts, and Weekends may be necessary for business needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (or related field)
* 5-7 years job related experience in mechanical or industrial engineering and project management related to equipment installation and modification.
* Fundamental understanding of building and production equipment
* Understanding of EHS, Quality and Lean manufacturing management systems
