Manpower Engineering Case Study: Automotive
Manpower Engineering worked closely with client leadership to bring on permanent engineers and greatly increase the size and capacity of the facility.

Challenge
An automotive client was working with outdated equipment and needed a new direction for their aluminum plants. They found new business in the automotive market and needed to update and expand their facility. This required a partner, as they did not have enough internal resources to manage the projects, much less implement them.
Solution
Manpower Engineering helped to strategize on pricing guidelines around markup. Worked with client’s VP of Operations, Plant Manager, Director of Maintenance and Project Engineering Director to fully understand pain points. Provided dedicated management and onsite representation to work with the entire team through the recruiting and interview process.
Results
Added permanent placement engineers to address expanded needs for reliability engineers, a new testing center, and added production capacity as new/updated lines came to life. Helped double the size of the facility. Increased capacity by 300%.
