1st Shift - Pick/Pack

Our client, Industrial is seeking a 1st Shift - Pick/Pack to join their team. As a 1st Shift - Pick/Pack, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting order fulfillment and shipment preparation. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the drive to meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift - Pick/Pack

Location: Montague, MI

Pay Range: $16.5

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Pick products according to electronic pick lists and order requirements to ensure correct items are selected.
• Use handheld scan guns to verify inventory and maintain order accuracy.
• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment while following established packing procedures.
• Utilize computer systems to review, process, and complete packing tasks accurately.
• Verify product quantities and information before shipment, while keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.

What's Needed?

• Comfort using scan guns and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy to meet quality standards.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry/move product as required, including mandatory overtime (10-hour shifts and Saturdays as needed).
