Accounts Payable

Our client, in the beverage industry isseeking an Accounts Payable Clerk  to join their team. As a Accounts Payable Clerk you will be part of the Accounting dept  department supporting the Finance team(s). The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the drive to learn and improve processes which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk/Analyst

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $22 Hourly and up with experience

Shift: 8am- 5pm 

What's the Job?

• Validate and process invoices ingested daily in the system from vendors.
• Perform three-way matching or two-way matching in compliance with organizational policies.
• Follow up with internal inquiries with buyers to resolve outstanding invoices and disputes.
• Ensure transactions are timely and accurate coded and allocated in the accounting system.
• Analyze reporting in Power BI to assist in reconciling Accounts Payable

What's Needed?

• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (Power BI exposure is preferred).
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word application skills.
• Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and find solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while staying a team-player, organized, and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
