Seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support the Strategic Communications team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the team remains organized, efficient, and productive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Location: Franklin,WI
Pay Range: $26.00- $27.00 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, including scheduling participants, reserving conference rooms, and arranging technology and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Draft, format, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications.
- Respond to routine inquiries and requests while researching and gathering information as needed.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and team projects.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Strategic Communications team.
- Assist with managing changing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and document formatting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment when working with leaders, employees, and business partners.
