Our client, a leading supply chain and logistics organization, is seeking a Back Office Customer Support Assistant to join their team. As a Back Office Customer Support Assistant, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the supply chain and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Back Office Customer Support Assistant
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA
Pay Range: $24 - $26/hr.
Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Support internal and external teams by executing special projects within the ERP system
- Investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement resolutions
- Monitor automation programs to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as the primary contact for franchisees regarding delivery status, delays, or order issues
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and support for inventory and purchasing activities
What's Needed?
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in back office operations, customer service, or supply chain support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
