Client Coordinator

Manpower is seeking an overnight Onsite Coordinator to join our team! The Onsite Coordinator works onsite at our client location, serving as the liaison between Manpower and our client. This individual would ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to workforce management. This role is responsible for supporting client needs, managing temporary employees, completing nightly tasks and maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Job Title: Bilingual Onsite Coordinator

Location: Greenwood, IN

Pay Range: $21=$24 per hour

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday - 3pm-1200am - 1 hour lunch

What's the Job?

• Keep up to date records of associate compliances
• New hire orientations
• Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets
• Monitor employee performance and address issues such as attendance, conduct, and productivity

What's Needed?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in excel, word, outlook and able to learn new software applications.
• History in working in or around a manufacturing/industrial setting
• Flexibility on the nightly schedule depending on business need
