Typical daily duties:

• Assist with application intake by phone and in person
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Determine program eligibility and complete related documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
