Our client, a leading healthcare-focused organization, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service group supporting Order to Delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize—aligning successfully in a fast-paced customer support environment.

Shift: FT = M-F 9am EST - 5pm EST
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the North America customer service group and third-party customer service groups across the Order to Delivery process to drive efficiencies and resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Process sales orders accurately and communicate with customers as needed to expedite order fulfillment.
- Manage card payment processing within pre-established time frames and follow established procedures for accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, customer complaints, and invoice questions; provide pricing, ordering information, return goods policy details, and tracking information as needed.
- Follow up on unresolved inquiries, including tracking shipment proof of delivery, and coordinate with warehousing and transportation third-party providers regarding order status.
What's Needed?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to capture, understand, manage, and resolve questions and issues.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining accuracy across order and inquiry workflows.
- Experience with Order Entry software and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to work cross-functionally on multidisciplinary teams.
