Our client, A leading logistics company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting customer order support and service communications. The ideal candidate will have a customer/client focus, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $22-$24 depending on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, onsite

What's the Job?

  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Work closely with Planner for scheduling of orders and with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Partner with the sales team and managers to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

What's Needed?

  • High school graduate or GED.
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Customer/client focused approach with strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Experienced with time management and able to stay highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills.
