Customer Service Technician

Location: Quincy, IL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Technician to join our team in Quincy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.
• Assist customers with order inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Utilize customer management and order processing systems to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and professionalism when assisting customers, including those experiencing order-related frustrations.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
