About the Opportunity

Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Analyst to join their team in Newark, Delaware. This position is ideal for a professional with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to deliver accurate, time-sensitive results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate across departments while supporting business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee outside processing of refurbished components and real-time material transactions.
  • Produce accurate and timely results in a high-paced work environment.
  • Generate and maintain pivot tables, pivot charts, and other analytical reporting tools.
  • Create and distribute reports to support operational and business needs.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop automated methods to track and report outsourced processing metrics for business and financial reviews.
  • Identify process and system gaps and create business requirements documentation for system enhancements and automation efforts.
  • Partner with IT teams to implement automated solutions and process improvements.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, and pivot charts.
  • Strong SQL experience and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
