Our client, a leading global technology organization is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Executive Support team supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have exceptional calendar management, strong discretion and confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Pay Range: $57.69 to $62.50 per hour

Shift: 9 am to 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

  • Manage complex, ever-changing executive calendars and priorities with accuracy and urgency.
  • Support the General Manager and leadership team with daily administrative operations that keep work moving smoothly.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and organizational activities to ensure clear outcomes and follow-through.
  • Plan and organize team events and leadership offsites, including logistics and preparation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring details are correct and travel runs efficiently.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional calendar management and scheduling expertise, including the ability to adjust quickly as priorities shift.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
