Experienced Line Leader

Our client, in Pontiac, IL is seeking an Experienced Line Leader to join their team. As an Experienced Line Leader, you will help coordinate daily packing line activities to meet production targets while supporting a safe, organized, and quality-focused workflow. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership experience to help others succeed.

Job Title: Experienced Line Leader

Location: Pontiac, IL

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: 1st shift (M-F 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible overtime)

What's the Job?

• Assist in coordinating daily packing line activities to meet production targets
• Learn and enforce packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Support training of new packers and reinforce proper packing techniques
• Shadow and learn how to lead a team while helping others succeed
• Complete all paperwork accurately and neatly, and keep inventory organized on the line

What's Needed?

• Resume required
• Past supervisory skills required
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate workers to meet production needs
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; stand on concrete for 8.5 hours, bend/twist, and lift up to 25–30 lbs
