Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a General Clerk to join their team. As a General Clerk, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting operational efficiency and smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Clerk
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Range: $20.45
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
- Manually prepare purchase orders for signature
- Answer telephones and direct calls appropriately
- Type correspondence and maintain files for managers and staff
- Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned
- Operate various office equipment efficiently
What's Needed?
- Ability to work the specified shift reliably
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Strong reading, understanding, and following instructions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and sit for the duration of the shift
