We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Workforce Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and plant operations for our hourly workforce. This rold partners closely with plant leadership, employees, candidates, and corporate teams to ensure efficient and compliant workforce processes.
Key Responsibilites
Recruiting & Workforce Support
- Assist with screening, scheduling, and tracking hourly candidates
- Coordinate hiring activities with staffing agencies and plant leadership
- Participate in local hiring events
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions about roles, benefits, and hiring steps
- Schedule and facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding paperwork
- Process weekly hourly payroll and prepare reports for leadership
- Provide front-line HR support to employees (benefits, leave of absence, policies, pay inquiries)
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with policies and regulations
- Process invoices (purchase order matching, coding, data entry)
- Support productioin billing and reporting
- Track Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations (MROs)
- Assist with general office administration (mail, supplies, events, newsletters, bulletin boards)
- Support plant safety reporting and documentation
- Cross-train to provide backup support across the department
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and cross-train
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
