Our client, a growing and team-oriented organization, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be part of the daily operations team supporting office management, workplace organization, and overall team experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, hands-on approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 

Location: Redwood City, CA

Pay Range: $23-$25

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

  • Keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Help with light facilities tasks (tidying up, taking out trash if needed, etc.)
  • Coordinate lunches and assist with team meetings
  • Manage and restock snacks, office supplies, and company swag
  • Set up meeting spaces and support day-to-day office needs
  • Jump in wherever needed — this role is hands-on and dynamic

What's Needed?

  • Ability to exert up to 40 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to follow directions and provide project updates
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
