Our client, a manufacturing-focused organization, is seeking an Operations Expeditor to join their team. As an Operations Expeditor, you will be part of the operations and production support function, helping coordinate the movement of product through manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and the ability to collaborate across teams to keep work orders and parts flowing.

Job Title: Operations Expeditor

Location: Meridian, ID

Pay Range: $20 - $24 an hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Track and facilitate the closure of work orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with scheduling/planning and supply chain groups to address material and part shortages.
  • Ensure the seamless movement of products through each operation by coordinating parts pulling and movement.
  • Track labor hours versus estimated hours to help optimize productivity and support operational planning.
  • Serve as a liaison with Shipping to provide shipment status updates and support on-time delivery.

What's Needed?

  • One or more years’ experience using the Global Shop ERP system or a similar system.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with various software applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
