Order Picker

Our client, Distribution Center Operations is seeking a Order Picker to join their team. As a Order Picker , you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting daily fulfillment and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work with accuracy and speed, and the willingness to learn and follow established procedures—so you can contribute to a smooth, reliable outbound flow.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Rate: $20 

Shift: 10AM-6PM

What's the Job?

• Perform picking functions accurately and on time to support order fulfillment.
• Complete put-away tasks and place inventory in the correct location to maintain organization and accuracy.
• Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before they move to the next stage.
• Build boxes and prepare packaging materials, then complete pack-out functions according to quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area while supporting daily distribution center tasks.

What's Needed?

• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry material and/or equipment of all sizes and up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.) unassisted.
• Ability to push and pull materials and/or equipment with up to forty pounds (40 lbs) of force.
• Ability to stand and/or walk constantly (up to eight (8) hours or greater per day).
• Willingness to learn and perform assigned tasks, including 18-81 tasks and other duties as assigned.
