Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Schedule: 10:00am – 6:30pm, Monday–Friday
Assignment Length: Long-term temporary

Ready to stay moving and make an impact? We’re hiring an Order Picker for a well-established, purpose-driven food production client in Saco, ME. This position pays $17.50/hr and is long-term temporary with weekends off! If you enjoy walking, hands-on work, and being part of a national organization, this could be the perfect fit.

Typical daily duties:

• Transport materials and items from picking areas to designated locations
• Sort and place items on pallets or bakery dollies based on size, type, or product code
• Load and unload bread trays from trucks
• Use RF scanning and/or voice picking technology to complete orders
• Label materials with identifying information
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet productivity goals
• Maintain safety, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Identify and report defective equipment

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl throughout shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
