Order Selector

Our client is seeking an Order Selector to join their team in Cobleskill, NY. As an Order Selector, you’ll be part of the operations team, supporting daily warehouse fulfillment and helping ensure customer orders are picked accurately and on time. Job Title: Order Selector

Location: Cobleskill, NY

Pay Range: $18/hour for First Shift, $19.25/hour for Second Shift 

Shift: 1st shift 7am-4:30pm; 2nd shift 4:30pm-1am

This is a Seasonal Position, with anticipated completion date of 12/18.

What's the Job?

• Select and prepare customer orders accurately using established warehouse processes.
• Pick items efficiently while maintaining quality standards and order accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines throughout each shift.
• Work Monday through Friday as scheduled to support daily fulfillment needs.
• Complete tasks with consistency, reliability, and a focus on meeting production expectations.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and stay focused on accuracy and productivity.
• Willingness to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct items are selected for each order.
• Dependability and readiness to work scheduled shifts Monday-Friday.
• No interview required to be considered for this opportunity.
