Shipping and receiving

Our client, manufacturing and logistics operations is seeking a Shipping and receiving to join their team. As a Shipping and receiving, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and comfort working with inventory systems which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and receiving

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Receive goods by coordinating with delivery trucks, unpacking and inspecting incoming parts
• Maintain accurate record keeping by verifying pack slips and entering items into the computer system (SAP used for inventory)
• Use COUPA to receive certain packages and ensure items are processed correctly
• Complete deliveries to specified drop locations and perform mail runs using carts and forklifts (all deliveries are within the plant or on property; no off-site deliveries)
• Support outgoing shipments by setting up delivery for outgoing packages and addressing vendor discrepancies when needed

What's Needed?

• Valid driver’s license to be certified for cart and forklift operation
• Ability to verify documentation (pack slips) and enter inventory accurately into SAP
• Experience or comfort working with inventory and receiving processes, including COUPA for package receiving
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Willingness to work with vendors to resolve discrepancies and keep operations moving
