Solutions Service Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in inventory management and customer solutions, is seeking a Solutions Service Specialist to join their team. As a Solutions Service Specialist, you will be part of the Solutions Department supporting customer engagement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Solutions Service Specialist

Location: Blacksburg, VA

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Maintain appropriate stock levels (min/max) to meet customer demand.
• Receive, unpack, and put away products at all solution points of use.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on solution equipment to company standards.
• Use routing software to log and track daily account activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts to ensure solution retention.

What's Needed?

• Experience in at least one of the following: Customer Service, Telesales, Outside Sales, Storeroom or Inventory Management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer literacy.
