Our client, Human Resources is seeking a Spanish Speaking HR Assistant to join their team. As a Spanish Speaking HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, professional communication, and a commitment to confidentiality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Spanish Speaking HR Assistant

Location: College Park, GA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $19-$21

What's the Job?

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and transactional HR processes.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with unemployment claims, exit interviews, leave administration, transitional return-to-work processes, and OSHA reporting.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing needs.
  • Maintain and track HR compliance programs and documentation, and prepare HR communications and reports.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma required; college degree or Human Resources certificate preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, employee relations, or a related HR function (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong business writing and grammar.
  • Basic knowledge of state and federal employment laws, HR policies, and procedures; ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

¿Cuál será tu trabajo?

  • Apoyar las operaciones diarias de RR. HH. y los procesos transaccionales de RR. HH.
  • Coordinar y realizar actividades de orientación e incorporación (onboarding) para nuevos ingresos.
  • Apoyar con reclamaciones de desempleo, entrevistas de salida, administración de licencias, procesos de regreso transicional al trabajo y reportes de OSHA.
  • Colaborar con gerentes de contratación y Adquisición de Talento para apoyar necesidades de reclutamiento y dotación de personal.
  • Mantener y dar seguimiento a programas de cumplimiento de RR. HH. y documentación; preparar comunicaciones y reportes de RR. HH.

¿Qué necesitas?

  • Se requiere diploma de preparatoria; se prefiere licenciatura o certificado en Recursos Humanos.
  • De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en coordinación de RR. HH., reclutamiento, relaciones con empleados o una función relacionada de RR. HH. (o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia relevante).
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, incluyendo redacción y gramática sólidas.
  • Conocimiento básico de leyes laborales estatales y federales, políticas y procedimientos de RR. HH.; capacidad para mantener información confidencial y sensible.
