Temp Community Assistant/Customer Service

Our client is seeking a Temp Community Assistant to join their team. As a Temp Community Assistant , you will be part of the community operations team supporting day-to-day resident experience and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to document details accurately, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temp Community Assistant

Location: Frederick

Pay Range: $21.50

Shift: M - F   9AM to 5PM 

What's the Job?

• Greet homeowners professionally and create a welcoming, helpful first impression.
• Handle homeowner requests promptly, routing issues to the right person or process as needed.
• Answer phones in a courteous manner and provide accurate information or next steps.
• Document homeowner complaints or issues clearly, ensuring details are captured for follow-up.
• Support smooth community operations during a temporary assignment (approximately 30 days).

What's Needed?

• Comfort working in an administrative, front-line support role with frequent homeowner interaction.
• Strong phone and in-person communication skills with a calm, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to document information accurately and maintain organized records.
• Reliability and professionalism while handling multiple requests and priorities.
• Willingness to support community needs during a short-term assignment.
