Transaction Processing Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Transaction Processing Associate to join their team. As a Transaction Processing Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Transaction Processing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transaction Processing Associate

Location: East Hartford, CT

Pay Range: $20-$21

Shift: Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Research, analyze, and update consumer information using various systems
• Process case maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently
• Evaluate and determine eligibility for medical expenses within program guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients via verbal or written channels
• Maintain a strong understanding of procedures and operating systems to ensure quality work

What's Needed?

• College Degree and experience in Eligibility Determination or Transaction Processing preferred
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency with standard software and PC systems, or willingness to be trained
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
