Warehouse Associate

Our client, Ulta Beauty is seeking a Material Handlers and Equipment Operators  to join their team. As a Team Member, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting Order Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler and Equipment Operators 

Location: Greenwood, IN

Pay Range: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour 

Shifts Available: Mon – Thur, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Mon – Thur, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Fri – Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Fri – Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Hand pick and pack orders accurately to support timely fulfillment OR Operator an Order Picker to select and stage orders 
• Follow warehouse processes and quality standards to ensure correct items and quantities
• Maintain productivity while working safely and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures
• Be available to work every weekend and overtime during peak season

What's Needed?

• Ability to work every weekend and complete overtime during peak season
• Comfort working in a warehouse setting with a fast pace and clear performance expectations
• Strong attention to detail to support accurate picking and packing
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Job requires background check and drug screen
