Our client, Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day material movement, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a high energy level, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions in English, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay Range: $17.50/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Unload, verify parts, scan items, and pull materials to support warehouse operations
- Unpack, kit/build new products (kitting), and complete other assigned tasks on the floor
- Move goods and materials in a fast-paced environment across areas such as Receiving, Putaway, Packaging, Shipping, VAS, and/or inventory
- Review and update product license tags and report any discrepancies
- Maintain quality standards and a clean, safe workspace while supporting inventory controls and audits
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy level and self-motivation to keep pace with daily production needs
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when verifying, scanning, and updating inventory
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
