Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure precise order fulfillment
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels through inventory management software to prevent discrepancies and optimize stock availability
- Prepare goods for shipping by packaging items securely and verifying shipping & receiving documentation in compliance with trade regulations and company policies
What's Needed?
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing
- Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
