Warehouse Fed Ex Small Pack

Our client, logistics and distribution operations is seeking a Warehouse Fed Ex Small Pack to join their team. As a Warehouse Fed Ex Small Pack, you will be part of the shipping and fulfillment team supporting outbound FedEx area processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable time management, and a teamwork mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Fed Ex Small Pack

Location: Glendale, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for outbound FedEx shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Print and apply shipping labels using computer-based shipping systems.
• Process shipments and update order information in company systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills to navigate shipping systems and complete order processing tasks.
• Ability to accurately follow written instructions and shipping procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to support accurate fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
