Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Shipping and Receiving department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Gilroy, CA

Pay Range: $23.00- $25.00

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Direct and coordinate activities of associates engaged in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality control procedures are strictly enforced.
• Manage warehouse operations to meet key performance indicators such as same-day shipping and receiving, and safety standards.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, ensuring they are received and recorded in the system before the end of the day.
• Supervise staffing, training, and development of warehouse associates to optimize performance and safety.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience.
• Experience with time clocking systems, 5S programs, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Excel.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., with flexibility depending on operational needs.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
