Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Associate I Inventory to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, I Inventory, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory control and returns processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator I Inventory

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and oversee the unloading of customer returns from daily deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing upon arrival
  • Verify and accurately count all returned inventory, ensuring alignment with return documentation, manifests, and system records
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or missing units, escalating issues in accordance with operational and asset protection standards
  • Support the organization and staging of returned product within the warehouse to maintain efficient processing, inspection, and reallocation flow
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through real-time updates in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems

What's Needed?

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, returns processing, or inventory control preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, categorizing, and documenting returned units
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with drivers, carriers, and leadership
