1st Shift - Transportation Administration

Our client is seeking a Transportation Reservation Specialist to join their team. You will be part of the Office department supporting transportation scheduling and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transportation Reservation Specialist

Location: Manistee, MI

Pay Range: $20.50/hr.

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and enter transportation reservations into the dispatch software system.
• Provide basic information to customers regarding transportation services.
• Maintain accurate reservation records.
• Communicate effectively with riders and transportation staff.

What's Needed?

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls throughout the day.
