Accounting & Payroll Specialist – $20-$28/hr
Location: Parkersburg, WV | Full-Time
Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Accounting & Payroll Specialist for one of our established clients in the Parkersburg area. This is a full-time opportunity for an accounting professional with strong payroll, QuickBooks, and Accounts Payable experience.

What You'll Do
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Perform Accounts Payable functions
- Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks
- Assist with reconciliations and other general accounting functions
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll documentation
- Work closely with management on accounting and payroll-related needs
REQUIRED Qualifications
Applicants MUST have ALL of the following:
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Previous QuickBooks experience
- Previous payroll processing experience
- Previous Accounts Payable (A/P) experience
Highly Preferred
- Union payroll experience, strongly preferred
- Previous accounting experience within the construction industry
